Sublimacja podobnie jak technika termotransferu stosowana jest do znakowania gadżetów reklamowych zawierających poliester. To proces chemiczny polegający na termicznym utrwalaniu pod wysokim ciśnieniem i z użyciem wysokiej temperatury nadruku poprzez naniesienie przygotowanego projektu na powierzchnię. Wzór drukowany jest farbą sublimacyjną na specjalnym papierze lub foli.
